目的：总结并剖析医疗机构中药制剂的相关激励政策，分析面临的问题并提出解决的方案，促进中药事业更好的发展。方法：运用政策对比、数据分析的方式，梳理并剖析医疗机构中药制剂各阶段的激励政策，从监管者与从业者两个角度分析面临的机遇与挑战，有针对性地提出建议。结果与结论： 医疗机构中药制剂激励政策从注册备案、委托配制、调剂使用、定价医保、质量监督等阶段给予了极大的鼓励与支持，政府及相关监管部门应加强各类激励政策与标准间的衔接，增强政策可实施性；医疗机构应结合自身实际，在传承中守正创新。只有两者协力合作和深入沟通，才能实现振兴中药制剂的伟大目标。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the relevant incentive policies of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions, analyze the problems and propose solutions, so as to promote the better development of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: By using policy comparison and date analysis, the incentive policies of TCM preparations in medical institutions at different stages were sorted out and analyzed, and the opportunities and challenges faced were analyzed from the perspectives of regulators and practitioners, and targeted suggestions were put forward. Results and Conclusion: The incentive policies of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions give great encouragement to traditional Chinese medicine preparations from the stages of application and registration, commissioning, dispensing and use, pricing, medical insurance, and quality supervision. The government and relevant regulatory departments should strengthen the connection between various incentive policies and standards to enhance the implementability of the policies; medical institutions should take into account their own reality and stick to integrity and innovation in inheritance. Only through cooperation and in-depth communication can we achieve the great goal of Revitalizing Traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
