目的：探讨药事管理信息化建设对医院药学发展的促进作用。方法：以信息建设为依托，分析我院信息系统对医院药事管理工作的影响。结果：我院在药库、住院药房、门诊药房、静配中心实施信息化管理后，工作效率和质量都得到了大幅度提升，合理用药软件使检索医嘱的合理性更加准确、方便，为患者安全用药提供了药学保障。结论：医院药品合理使用信息管理平台能够及时、有效地规范临床医师的用药行为，提高医院合理用药水平和药事管理工作效率
Objective: To investigate the informatization construction of pharmacy management for promoting the development of hospital pharmacy. Methods: Based on the information construction, the influence of the hospital information system on the pharmaceutical affairs management was analyzed. Resuults: After implementing information management in our pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, outpatient pharmacy and static distribution center, the work effciency and quality have been greatly promoted. The use of the software for the rational use of drugs is more accurate and convenient for retrieval of the rationality of the doctor's advice for patients, which provides pharmaceutical guarantee for safe drug use. Conclusion: Hospital information management platform for rational drug use can regulate the drug application of clinicians in a timely and effective manner, and improve the level of hospital rational drug use as well as the effciency of the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management work.
