目的：了解江苏省医药制造业系统与区域经济系统之间的耦合协调关系，并为实现2个系统的协调发展提供建议。方法：以耦合协调模型为基础，选取2008-2018年江苏省医药制造业与区域经济发展水平数据和2017年江苏省11个地级市数据，分别从时间维度和空间维度对2个系统的耦合协调度进行实证研究。结果与结论：江苏省医药制造业与区域经济存在相互耦合关系。从时序上看，2008-2018年江苏省医药制造业与区域经济的发展呈总体上升趋势，并且2个系统的耦合发展类型也从轻度失调阶段逐步发展到优质协调阶段，表明江苏省医药制造业与区域经济耦合协调度不断优化，系统之间的关系也越来越协调；从空间维度上看，江苏各地区医药制造业与区域经济发展水平及耦合协调度存在较大差异性，耦合协调度较高的多集中在经济发达城市，其余地区协调度则较低，说明江苏省医药制造业产业布局仍需进一步整合优化。

Objective: To understand the coupling and coordination relationship between the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry system and regional economic system in Jiangsu Province, and to provide suggestions for the coordinated development of the two systems. Methods: Based on the coupling coordination model, this paper selects the data of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economic development level in Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2018 and the data of 11 prefecture level cities in Jiangsu Province in 2017. The coupling coordination degree of the two systems is empirically studied from the time and spatial dimensions. Results and Conclusion: There is a coupling relationship between pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economy in Jiangsu Province. From the perspective of time sequence, the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economy in Jiangsu Province showed an overall upward trend from 2008 to 2018, and the coupling development type of the two systems also gradually developed from the stage of mild imbalance to the stage of high-quality coordination, indicating that the coupling coordination degree of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economy in Jiangsu Province has been continuouslyoptimized, and the relationship between the two systems has become more and more coordinated. From the perspective of spatial dimension, Jiangsu Province's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional economy have become more and more coordinated. There are great differences in the development levels and coupling coordination degrees between the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the regional economy. The high coupling coordination degree is mainly concentrated in the economically developed cities, while the coordination degree of the other regions is low, which indicates that the industrial layout of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province still needs to be further integrated and optimized.
