目的： 为了解中医药院校药事管理的研究现状,分析研究的热点与不足,为同行从事相关研究、开展相关工作提供参考。方法： 以主题为“药事管理”,并且作者单位为“中医药大学”或“中医学院”,检索中国知网（CNKI）收录的建库至2019年10月的研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.2.0和Excel 2019 软件对发表年代、来源期刊、发文机构、论文作者、被引频次、基金资助和关键词等信息进行提取和统计分析,并采用Netdraw软件进行可视化展示。结果： 获得文献120篇,主要为期刊文章（98篇）;近8年发文较多,年发文量总体呈上升趋势;98篇文章分别刊载于62种不同期刊上,《中国药事》载文最多;南京中医药大学发文量19篇,居于所有发文机构首位;涉及作者236位,合作度为1.97、合著率为65.83%,发文量前3的作者分别是杨勇、田侃和王英姿,尚未形成稳定的核心作者群;58.33%的文献有被引记录,篇均被引3.49次;受资助发文率23.33%,国家部委基金项目5项;提取关键词294个,累计词频459次。结论： 中医药院校药事管理研究日趋增长,其中“药事管理”“教学”“医疗机构”“药师” 等为研究热点,研究核心基本形成,但多偏基础,缺乏深入。

Objective: To understand the research status of pharmaceutical administration in TCM colleges and universities, analyze the hot spots and shortcomings of the research, and provide reference for the peer to engage in relevant research and carry out related work. Methods: With the theme of "pharmaceutical administration" and the author of "University of Chinese Medicine" or "College of Chinese Medicine", the literature from the CNKI database up to October 2019 was searched. NoteExpress3.2.0 and Excel2019 software were used to extract and analyze information and statistics such as publication date, source journal, publishing organization, author of the paper, cited frequency, funding support and keywords, and Netdraw software was used for visual display. Results: 120 literatures were obtained, including 98 journal articles. In the past 8 years, the annual number of articles was on the rise. 98 articles were published in 62 different journals, with the most articles in Chinese Pharmaceutical Affairs. The number of articles published by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was 19, ranking first among all publishing institutions. 236 authors were involved, with a cooperation degree of 1.97 and a co-authorship rate of 65.83%. The top 3 authors were respectively YangYong, Tian Kan and Wang Yingzi, and a stable core group of authors has yet to be formed. 58.33% of the literatures were cited and the average cited frequency was 3.49 times. The funded publication rate was 23.33% and there were 5 fund projects of national ministries and commissions. 294 keywords were extracted and the word frequency was 459 times. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical administration research in TCM colleges and universities is increasing, among which "pharmaceutical administration", "teaching", "medical institutions" , and "pharmacists" are the research hot spots. The core of the research is just formed, but it is mostly superficial and not profound enough.
